Buyers looking for factory-built home companies need accurate state listings without paid lead marketplaces. Basic listings here are free. Each company gets a profile with location, ratings when published, phone when available, and a link to the company website.
Listings start as Unclaimed public records. When you claim a listing, we confirm ownership and let you correct details. Inquiries are not auctioned as leads; buyers contact you directly.
What buyers see on your profile
A dedicated URL under your state directory, Claimed or Unclaimed status, city and address when available, Google ratings when published, plus phone and website links so shoppers can reach you without a third-party lead form.
State hubs such as Texas, Florida, California, and North Carolina group you next to other factory-built operators. Buyers typically shortlist three to five companies, then call. Accurate details matter more than marketing copy.
What you get when you claim
Basic listings stay free. Claimed means we confirmed you represent the company. Pro adds gallery room, floor plans, and stronger Match ranking. Prefably does not sell buyer leads. If you also need a site, local SEO, or follow-up systems, that work is done by Icebreaker Agency, the team that built Prefably.

How this differs from lead marketplaces
Lead marketplaces charge per inquiry and often send the same prospect to multiple vendors. A directory profile is a public page buyers can bookmark and share with a spouse, lender, or architect.
State pages and profiles are real HTML (not a JavaScript-only SPA). That supports long-term discovery, not only paid clicks that vanish when a budget pauses.
How to get listed or claim
If you already see your company listed, open the profile and choose Claim this listing, or use List your company with the profile prefilled. If you are not listed yet, submit the same form with company name, primary state, website, and email.
You can also email hello@prefably.com. We typically respond within two business days. After ownership confirmation, the profile can show as Claimed.

- Is listing on Prefably free?
- Yes. Basic directory listings are free. You can claim an existing Unclaimed profile or submit a new company. Prefably does not charge per inquiry and does not sell buyer leads.
- Do you sell buyer inquiries as leads?
- No. Prefably is an independent directory, not a lead marketplace. Buyers open your profile and contact you directly by phone or website.
- What is the difference between Unclaimed and Claimed?
- Unclaimed rows are public directory records. After we confirm you represent the company, the listing can show as Claimed and you can correct details, add about copy, and publish photos.
- How do I claim an existing Prefably listing?
- Open your company profile and choose Claim this listing, or use List your company with the profile prefilled. You can also email hello@prefably.com with company name, state, and website. We typically respond within two business days.
- What is Pro?
- Pro listings get a larger photo gallery, floor plans on the profile, and a stronger boost in Match ranking. Billing is not self-serve yet. Email hello@prefably.com if you want Pro. Prefably still does not sell buyer leads.
